Carolyn Johnson here with the City of Coos Bay. I'm learning much about Main street with inclusion on your list-serve, thank you!

Some background and my question - the City's façade improvement program has had mixed success. The Coos Bay City Council has a FY 2019/2020 priority to "Consider possible changes to the URA façade grant program; including changes to program rules, process and focus, in an effort to further incentivize redevelopment within the districts."  Could you advise with some referrals to Oregon municipalities with successful façade improvement programs?  Or direct me to any index or other resources that provide an overview of façade improvement programs in Oregon cities?
