Hello everyone, Klamath Falls offered a Business Plan competition a couple of years ago. We modeled it after a great program in Coos Bay. It involved approximately $6,000 in donated cash, (including a county economic development grant) and approximately $4,000 in donated marketing, advertising, and banking services. I would be happy to share it with you if you would like.

Our goal is to fill a vacancy temporarily while the building owner courts long-term tenants, encourage a new business by lowering the barrier-to-entry for a brick and mortar store, and in general see what kinds of potential new businesses are simmering just under the surface so we can help them come to fruition.
