[OMS_MANAGERS] Hanging Flower Baskets

Hi Wesley --

We have a local business put together our baskets for us and install/remove
them.  We have a revolving contract with a local non-profit to water the
plants *daily* throughout the season.

And we have a lovely flower basket program, as you can see...  [the secret
is to water the baskets EVERY DAY, whether it rains or not]
