[OMS_MANAGERS] Window Displays

Hi Wesley,  A number of years ago we approached businesses just off the perimeter of downtown to set up displays in Main Street windows as a way of advertising their businesses.  At that time we did not have staff, so our city planner was kind enough to keep the keys of the empty spaces and was able to be the coordinator of the program.  It was a fun project.  No catchy names however.  
We have sense talked about putting large historical photos in the windows, but have not been able to get that going due to time constraints.
