[OMS_MANAGERS] Thoughtful letter on Leadership Development - something to share with board presidents

Hi all and Happy Friday,

I am starting to clean up some of the files of material I have collected over the past thirty years. I came across this letter I saved from an outgoing president to a new incoming president that was reprinted in Main Street News (the former newsletter by the National Main Street Center). It is still one of the best examples I have seen of leadership. I hope you take a few moments to read the letter and to share what you think is relevant with your board president and board members.
