In Albany, we receive funds from the City for trash pickup from the Downtown sidewalk trash container. We in turn pay Republic Services.

 

ParkWise, ADA’s parking management, is responsible for “maintenance” in the lots we manage for the City. We consider our maintenance responsibility as trash and weeds, not sealing and paving.

 

We keep an eye on overflowing dumpsters and alert Republic Services or the tenant depending on the situation.

 

City of Albany street sweeping comes through Downtown on a scheduled basis.

 

If you mean who bends down and picks up trash blowing around, we do that too.
