Both are still progress, but you are welcome to review the attached. I’ve also attached a copy of Senate Bill 360, which was passed in the recent legislative session in case you don’t have it. It materially changes the Oregon laws governing nonprofits, and will take effect January 1. Good timing if you’re getting ready to make revisions (I know of a couple changes we’re going to have to make in our next round of changes, particularly related to action in lieu of a meeting, etc.)

The Dalles Main Street is in the process of reviewing our By-Laws and Personnel handbook.  Looking for examples from other Main Street organizations.  Any help would be appreciated.
