1. Welcome to Cassie Cruze, the new main street coordinator for the Lebanon Downtown Association. Cassie has previously worked with the Lebanon Boys and Girls Club of the Greater Santiam and United Way of the Mid-Willamette Valley as their development Director – great skills to bring to her new role with main street! Cassie replaces Alysia Rodgers, who resigned to take on a position with the City of Lebanon as the Economic Development Catalyst. LDA will continue to work with Alysia in this position.

2. Remember to register for the upcoming Oregon Main Street Revitalization Grant application workshop, January 25, 8 am to noon, North Mall Office Building, 725 Summer St NE, Room 124 A/B, Salem. If you can’t make the in-person workshop, we will be using the Go to Meeting platform to participate via webinar. However, due to the length of the workshop, we really encourage you to send representatives to the workshop if at all possible.

Major gifts from individuals represent the single greatest potential source of revenue growth for non-profits - by far -- for the next decade. So fundraising success will come through improved execution and management of major gift strategies. Nonprofits of any size can do this!

If you’ve got donors, you’ve got the raw material for a major donor program. Follow these 10 steps to identify, qualify, cultivate, ask and steward your way to fundraising success. There’s no more cost-effective way to ensure your long-term sustainability.

This webinar will review where to begin, which prospects to prioritize, how to develop and manage a major donor pipeline and cultivation plan, and how to get and stay organized so you reach your goals.
