Hi all,
Data management is an important issue for all downtown revitalization organizations – whether managing your volunteers and members or keeping track of businesses and properties. There are a few tools that have been created specifically with main street organizations in mind such as Maestro which is a cloud-based program with a monthly fee or Downtown Diva which is a template used with Filemaker Pro – there is a charge for the template and limits the number of computers that have access based on the level you purchase. Other data bases can be configured to work for main street organizations if you have the skills to do so. The important thing is to find a program that works for your organization over the long run and is easily accessible by the people who need access to the data.
Regards, Sheri

Hi Sheri
Is Maestro available to us thru Main Street or is the cost up to us? Do you know the cost?
Thanks.

This email is being distributed over the OMS listserv – all responses will also be over the listserv.
Many of our Main Street organizations are interested in, or are using, Maestro to manage their data. Travis Brown from Maestro will be offering you an opportunity to come and learn more about this software that is designed specifically for Main Street. Maestro was built to help Main Street organizations manage their data and put everything at your fingertips anytime, anywhere.
This session will be at our offices, North Mall Office Building, 725 Summer St NE, Room 124A, 9:30-11am. It is a great opportunity to see how this software can help your organization. Please RSVP to travis at maestrocm.com<mailto:travis at maestrocm.com> to save your seat!
