[OMS_MANAGERS] Help needed with Facade Improvement Grant Programs/Ideas

Hello everyone!

The City of Lebanon is looking to change our incentive program for our downtown façade improvement program. Currently we cover up to 6% of a loan on a project that will improve the façade of a downtown business, this program has seen very little success. I would like to see us doing something more along the lines of small grants instead, but would like to see what other  successful programs are already out there.

Any feedback with success or learning opportunities would be greatly appreciated as well as applications and guidelines that go with them so I am not reinventing the wheel!
