[OMS_MANAGERS] OMS Revitalization Grant Property Owner Agreement

Hi, OMS world!

 

I'm getting everything together for the OMS Revitalization grant as I'm sure
most of you are as well, and I'm wondering if anyone would be willing to
share their agreement with the property owner you're working with? I'm not
very experienced in writing grants or contracts, so I don't want to miss any
bases that could need to be covered in this agreement.
