[OMS_MANAGERS] Intro to Oregon Business Prospector

Quarterly, our top 2 Tier programs get together for a 2-day Networking and Training Meeting. Our summer meeting will include an orientation to Oregon Business Prospector by Daniel Holbrook, AICP, Industrial Lands Specialist, Business Oregon. We have a limited number of spaces open for this free training for members from Exploring Downtown and Associate levels. The training is Friday, June 28, 8 am to noon, Coos Bay Fire Station, 450 Elrod Ave., Coos Bay. If you are interested, please let me know ASAP (sheri.stuart at oregon.gov). To get the most out of the session, you will need to bring a laptop and info on buildings for lease or sale w/photos.

In this session, you will learn how to use a free tool available through Business Oregon to:
*             List and Search for Sale or Lease Office/Commercial/Industrial Properties
*             Generate Personalized Reports on Oregon's Communities, Businesses,
*             Demographic, Labor Force, Consumer Expenditures, Wages, and Talent
*             Preferred Online Site Request Proposal System
*             Respond to state company recruitment, expansion and retention requests
*             Get a sneak peek at the new beta website
