[OMS_MANAGERS] speakers for OMS conference

I would like to learn more about geofencing marketing and other hyper-local advertising options. I think it could be the next wave of "shop local" campaigns. However, I think it's probably out of the budget for most of us to use in a hugely effective manner but I don't know.
