[OMS_MANAGERS] Great idea to tuck away for next fall

Thanks for sharing Sheri....we are having our first Fall Festival with hay
rides, bounce house, pumpkin patch, and 20 food and game  booths  the
scarecrow contest will be added next year I'm sure.
