[OMS_MANAGERS] Partners in Preservation....and the votes are in

Congratulations to the Astoria Downtown Historic District Association - they are one of the winners in the 2019 Partners in Preservation grant. They will receive $10,000 to increase public awareness of these historic places and build grassroots support for their Main Street district and the Oddfellows Building will receive part of the $1.3 million for preservation work along with the 12 other winners.
