[OMS_MANAGERS] Need financial assistance to attend a preservation related training (including the National Main Street's Main Street Now conference in Dallas)

Hey Katie,

I have 2 board members and 2 of us from the staff would like to attend the
Dallas Conference. I signed into the OPRD Grants System but can't seem to
find where to apply for this scholarship. I'm very tired after 3000 kids in
costume so maybe I just need explicit directions? :)
