[OMS_MANAGERS] Levitt Amp Concert Grant

I don't see any Oregon cities on their grantees list, so please, someone
make that happen! We have a 20+ year tradition of weekly concerts in our
Downtown, and in combination with a crafters fair and food vendors, they
draw 6,000-10,000 people per night. Deadline in September 20.
