This year, Partners in Preservation will award $2 million in American Express-funded grants, as decided by your votes, to 20 Main Street sites across America in need of preservation support. Our focus: the historic buildings and sites that celebrate the contributions of women in Main Street communities.

From the home of the first female African American doctor in Denver, Colorado, to famed author Harper Lee’s hometown courthouse in Monroeville, Alabama, these sites celebrate the triumphs, struggles, and rich history of women in America.

From September 24 through October 29, you can vote at VoteYourMainStreet.org<https://us.e-activist.com/ea-action/enclick?ea.url.id=301889&clid=10028&ea.campaigner.email=uyWQo1za%2Bo7xwd9snnp8zLHgVM6K8Nv%2F&ea.campaigner.id=v6WN8sCOot2ZkArzVWMSmA==&ea_broadcast_target_id=0> for up to five Main Streets once a day to help them receive a share of the funding.
