Thanks Steve - your response was helpful. :)  And I agree with your
recommendation that we involve both Law Enforcement and City officials.
But not only to explain the intent but to join forces with us to create a
program to assist affected property owners. Perhaps an approach that would
aid in mitigating their feeling of being re-victimized.
