[OMS_MANAGERS] Graffiti

We created a kit of tools (hoses, nozzles, brushes, graffiti remover, etc.)
that we loan out to businesses. I've only loaned it out once, but it also
doubles as supplies for our volunteer projects and business owners are
happy to know it's available. We promote it by handing out little graffiti
removal kits, which consists of a blue paper towel
