Will we be able to get our local information from the Natl Main Street survey?
There are a lot of surveys going around, for good reason. We don't want to add one more, but also would like to see the data.

Please encourage main street business owners to take a moment and complete both surveys. 

1. This should take 5 minutes: Main Street America's Small Businesses and the Impact of COVID-19 Survey: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/6K96DHF (Para participar en español, por favor haga clic https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/28KFZTT .) MSA is seeking information from small business owners about the challenges they’re facing as a result of the COVID-19 public health emergency. Please answer these questions as openly and honestly as you can. Your answers will help them understand the challenges small businesses are facing across the country, inform policymakers and philanthropists about needs stemming from this crisis, and identify best practices in adapting to the new challenges Main Streets are grappling with. Note they are looking for as wide of a geographic sample as they can obtain; they know that the impacts of COVID-19 are not felt evenly across the country, and so they urge all small businesses to participate, even if they are experiencing minimal impacts to date. Individual survey responses, including any personal information, will be confidential, and results will be presented in aggregated, summary form. 
This survey will be open for participation through 5pm PT on Monday, April 6th.

	
2. State of Oregon COVID-19 Business Impact Survey Business Oregon, in partnership with Travel Oregon and Small Business Development Centers, would like to help assess how COVID-19 is impacting businesses. Information gathered by this survey will be vital to policy-makers who are working to provide assistance to businesses during this crisis. Individual responses to this survey are completely confidential and will not be shared publicly, only aggregate information will be shared. We are working to target businesses specifically to capture estimated revenue impacts as well as information around canceled events, employee impacts, and more. We recognize that you may be receiving survey requests from multiple agencies and organizations. The intention of this short survey is to serve the needs of businesses impacted by COVID-19. Information gathered by this survey will be vital to policymakers who are working to provide assistance to businesses during this crisis.
