[OMS_MANAGERS] Fwd: Restaurant and bar owner chamber members

we don't, we attended the Open Oregon groups event yesterday and
volunteered to lead the section for restaurants and bars.  We are honestly
just putting this together this morning after speaking to both Mannix law
and the freedom foundation this morning.
