[OMS_MANAGERS] fundraising role playing exercise

Hi all - I have been conducting virtual progress visits for a number of our top tier communities. One of the things that has come up quite a bit from board members is their discomfort with asking for money. One of the things that might be helpful is to do a role playing exercise to increase confidence. Attached is a handbook I assembled a few years ago that has some tips as well as a role playing exercise. And, yes, even if you are incorporated in Oregon as a non-member organization, you can still have a membership drive as a funding mechanism. Best, Sheri
