[OMS_MANAGERS] Seeking Volunteer Release

Hi Friends,

We're hoping to do a little R & D. 

Does anyone have a good all-encompassing liability release for volunteers to sign?

In addition, if anyone has something specifically for property owners to be held harmless for issues related to the set-up of displays in their building (not construction work), that would also be helpful.
