We did this as part of the Main Street refresh here in Bandon a couple of years ago. Sheri and National Main Street helped with this. It was more of what would you think about and would like to see in downtown Bandon and the audience was community wide, not just businesses. Included was a survey monkey that Sheri put together, focus groups led by the National Main Street Center and two or three community and followup community meetings This resulted in a three year strategic plan for the Greater Bandon Association that included action plans for each of our committees.

Hi Courtney,

Check with Emily & Debby Turner.  I know we have sent out various surveys and do believe just before the pandemic stay at home mandate, SBDC or SDCD was hosting some morning sessions but I don’t think very many of our businesses showed. That not to say we shouldn’t try again.  But Debby & Emily would have more details.
