[OMS_MANAGERS] Halloween Events

[Revitalize Downtown Stayton]

Hello-
For any of you that have Halloween events in regular years, have you come
up with any ways to modify them in the COVID world? We usually have one of
our biggest fundraisers then, but are trying to figure out if/how it can
happen this year? or have you already canceled?
