[OMS_MANAGERS] Halloween Events

[Business Outreach & Community Coordinator]

Good afternoon,

I'm bringing up this idea for a Halloween alternative to my board at our
board meeting tomorrow, and it's not really an idea for fundraising, but
could probably be altered to fit the need.  I attached my little mock-up
for it that I just started working on, it's not very developed yet and I
don't know if we'll do it, but it might help.
