[OMS_MANAGERS] Update on my work schedule

Our thoughts are with those individuals, businesses, and communities that are affected by COVID-19. As National Main Street noted in their email this past week, "Main Street organizations have an essential role to play in supporting businesses during this difficult period, and our Main Street leaders will be even more important when fears about the virus subside." You are part of an amazing network and we will be stronger together.

Based on the latest Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and State of Oregon guidelines, we are taking steps to ensure the safety and welfare of those we work for and with. We have been asked to cancel all trips for the next eight weeks. We have re-scheduled some of our planned trips to be virtual meetings where possible and are working with other folks to reschedule where that isn't feasible. Also, I will be working from home at least through the end of March. I will have full access to email and will also be available through my work cell phone number: 503.551.3705. Please use this number if you need to reach me.

As Katie noted earlier, we have  placed information on resources for Main Street organizations, small businesses, community organizations, etc. on our website (www.oregonmainstreet.org<http://www.oregonmainstreet.org>). If you come across any good resources that we should share, please send them to either Katie (katie.henry at oregon.gov<mailto:katie.henry at oregon.gov>) or me (sheri.stuart at oregon.gov<mailto:sheri.stuart at oregon.gov>) and will share over the listserv and on our website.
