All - Thanks Kevin for sharing notes from this morning's call.

FYI - Here is the letter sent out yesterday to the State legislature on
behalf of a number of small business advocates. The conversation among
these organizations was hosted by Businesses for a Better Portland (
https://www.bbpdx.org/). Actions requested include:

* $10M grant fund to support small businesses
* Support for the CDFI network working with small businesses
* Expansion of unemployment insurance
* Small business state tax relief, including
 a. Deferring the filing and payment of 2019 income taxes for 90 days.
 b. Deferring the payment of 1Q2020 payroll taxes and withholdings due on
4/15/20 for 90 days.
 c. Instituting a 90 day moratorium on the collection of all tax payments
including delinquent payments and workouts.

Politically, people are talking to the State Legislature to keep
communicating these requests.
