The City of Forest Grove, population 25,000 City Council approved a $100,000 grant program up to $2,500 grants for either mortgage or lease within the URA boundary. . Using URA dollars, thoroughly reviewed by our City Attorney even after looking at the OEDA memo. It will be for those affected by either of the Governor’s E.O. s. Working on the mechanics now and hope to get on the street very shortly so we have not made it public yet.

Hi everyone,
With a number of cities now providing financial grants to small businesses (Beaverton, Hillsboro for example), our city has indicated that they are unable to do so because we don't meet a population threshold of 50,000.
I have asked for clarification on this point, but would like to know if any of your cities with populations less than 50,000 are taking financial steps to assist your members.
Thank you in advance.
