[OMS_MANAGERS] OMS Daily Round-up

Posting a question for Oregon Main Street - have you heard anything about
employers liability if an employee gets sick - says it’s from working and
decides to sue them?

I know employers have to rigorously follow state guidelines- but does
anyone have insight on how liability would play out?
