[OMS_MANAGERS] Artistic Planters on Main Street

Our City has a newly formed Citizen Advisory Group - the Arts and Culture Commission.  They are about to partner with our Main Street organization for their first project, decorative planters along our Main Street.  They want to be able to have different groups/artists create the different planters with a common theme. West Linn is a Bee City and that will most likely be the theme.  I was wondering if any of our Oregon communities have already done a project like this and if you would share the information about your project and pictures.  We are looking for ideas and feedback on different types/styles of planters that work better than others.
