[OMS_MANAGERS] Fwd: FW: Two Week Statewide COVID Freeze starting 11/18

Take out beer and wine, including beer and wine cocktails is allowed, but
our restaurants and bars are losing tremendous amounts of money by not
being able to sell other alcohol based drinks to go. Hope this clarifies.
