[OMS_MANAGERS] Community Christmas Trees

[Business Outreach & Community Coordinator]

Good afternoon everyone,

Our local fairgrounds is hoping to install a large community tree this
year.  The only problem is that they don't have one planted, they are
cutting it down and bringing it in.  Do any of your towns do this, and if
so, how do they secure it at the base?'
