Business Oregon just released an RFP for our Rural Opportunity Initiative (ROI) grant fund, follow link here<https://www.oregon4biz.com/assets/docs/ROI-RFP-21-23.pdf>. The Rural Opportunity Initiative is the agency's effort to empower rural communities to support entrepreneurs and small business growth with an emphasis on diverse populations and low-income households. The program is flexible and intended to meet a variety of community priorities, applications are due September 20th. Please forward this notice to folks you think might be interested. Should you have specific questions related to the RFP, please email brian.plinski at oregon.gov<mailto:brian.plinski at oregon.gov> using the subject line "Rural Opportunity Initiative Timeslot." Brian is holding three different Q&A sessions at the following times:



  *   Wednesday, August 18 from 10-2
  *   Thursday, August 19 from 12-4
  *   Tuesday, August 24 from 10-2
