[OMS_MANAGERS] cost of empty storefront + economic impact storefront improvement

Hi all - as a follow-up to our conversation at our Mornings on Main call, I looked up a couple pieces in my files. One is the cost of an empty storefront for a typical building in a typical downtown. This is the one I mentioned that was updated a few years ago. There was also a good session at the NMSC virtual conference this year on this topic.
