[OMS_MANAGERS] FW: Christmas lights

[Spruce Up Warrenton]

A definite yes on Rita from Di Julio.  We are currently working with her on
replacing some of our old Christmas lights and they recently made banners
for our downtown.  Warrenton has been using them for over 20 years.  Rita
is very helpful and quick to answer questions and get you quotes.
