Hi Lyndsey – attached is a tip sheet about a year end campaign by Donna Harris (who updated our new donor guide). I am also attaching a couple sample letters from my files. One suggestion is to put together a “highlights” sheet of all that GBMS has accomplished to send with your letter – see the attached sample from Port Orford (as well as 2 examples of their letters).
