The City of Beaverton has a sidewalk repair grant program, but it is restricted to residential sidewalks. It will fund 50% of the repair cost for a maximum of $1,500. It would be great to have a grant program for commercial sidewalks as well, but we haven't pushed that conversation very much.

Jamie, and everyone else,
Check out http://staytonoregon.gov/upload/page/0066/SidewalkBrochure%202020.pdf for a description of Stayton’s sidewalk maintenance program. We suspended the program this past year due to COVID concerns but I assume it will be reinstated soon.

Subject: [OMS_MANAGERS] Sidewalk Repair Programs
Has anyone put out a request on the network inquiring about cost sharing sidewalk improvements/repair programs in their downtowns?
Woodburn is considering a cost sharing program between the City and the property owner for sidewalk repairs/improvements needed due to tree roots or other safety concerns. It would be great to see how other communities are addressing this rather than starting from scratch.
Thank you
