[OMS_MANAGERS] Building Strong Downtowns - SURVEY participation request

Greetings,

As we all work diligently to ensure the economic vitality of our
Mainstreets/Downtown
Districts during and post COVID19, it is imperative that we look at our
funding models, budgets, and scope of work so that we can optimize our
services and guarantee our success for the future.

Our association is doing research on the funding and scope of work for
downtown districts across the country so that we have all the available
data and ideas to discuss with our City and community partners, allowing us
to build the strongest plan for our Downtown District and small business
community.
