our website is built in squarespace and that has email list and campaign
management for  a very small monthly cost
for donations, we have been using GiveLively for events and online raffles
(OLCC approved)
and we encourage people to use smile.amazon.com naming TheDallesMainStreet
as beneficiary.

We set up our donations page with option son amounts as well as
regular/evergreen recurring donations.

we have other donation links throughout the site that are event/project
specific, which use a similar payment processing system
