Below please find the link to updated guidance effective today for counties in extreme risk.

Highlights are:

  1.  Redefines outdoor space to allow for 50% of the space to be open (non-contiguous walls)...(previously 75% of the space had to be open)
  2.  Allows for individual dining pods (one household max four people)
  3.  Allows for video lottery terminals to be used while wearing a mask (and not eating or drinking)

Here's the link to the revised indoor entertainment guidance:
Highlights are:

  1.  For establishments 500 sq. ft. or larger:
     *   Customer capacity: Maximum six (6) people total (not including employees) in shared indoor entertainment spaces.
     *    Require minimum six (6) feet physical distancing between households.
     *   Employee capacity: Limit to the minimum number of employees needed to operate the establishment.
  2.  For establishments smaller than 500 sq. ft:
     *   Customer capacity: Maximum one (1) person total;
     *   Employee capacity: Maximum one (1) employee total.
  3.  Indoor on-site consumption of food and drink is prohibited.
