Here’s an example of a “teaser” brochure and then a customized leave behind document targeting a specific business (in this case, a brewery)…

Very cool. Those are great examples. All of that data is available digitally through various resources here, and our economic development association has some pitch decks with similar info. Looking forward to putting together a downtown specific version that people can put their hands on.

Good afternoon everyone! 

I was curious if any of you have a prospectus for your downtown to assist with business recruitment and/or investors? If so, is it a brochure or a leaflet? What information is included? Does it include available properties? 

I’m thinking now would be an opportune time to create something for our downtown – just wanted to see if anyone else had an example.
