Hi all,

The Upstairs Downtown workshop hosted by Downtown Oregon City Association this week was really excellent. This workshop was made possible by the generous funding support provided Transportation Growth Management (if you don't know about TGM, you can find more info here: https://www.oregon.gov/LCD/TGM/pages/index.aspx ).

I suggest you have your Economic Vitality and Design Committees do a joint training session - maybe by breaking the presentation down by section so they don't have to commit the full 4 hours in one block of time but can take each section in a 1 hour time block. Attached is a copy of the agenda so you can see what was covered in each section. We wrapped up the day with two excellent case studies of projects in Klamath Falls and Astoria.
