[OMS_MANAGERS] Maestro and integration with website/POS/intuit?

Hey Lizzy, we are probably going to go with Kindful. It seems to integrate really well with most things. Unfortunately, Maestro, so far as we can tell, is not one of those.

Like Sarah Lu said, Maestro is just not very mainstream.

That’s so funny because we’ve used LGL for years and HATE it. We’ve had so many problems linking it with payments, forms, newsletters, online donations, online inquiries etc along with linking to our bank/quickbooks and I personally can’t get past the clunky user interface or back end:

That’s why we are looking into another system

Glad it’s working for you though. Our consultants who assessed it and those who use it (me, a board member) were like NOPE

We do know it works well for many orgs!

We started with LGL last year and its been great so far. Syncs with Quickbooks online and Mail Chimp.

We haven’t used it yet, but I believe you can take payments directly through Little Green Light for similar fees to other platforms.

We avoided Maestro bc it was not main stream enough to sync with other products we must use. I abhor double-entry.

We are using a CRM called Little Green Light that is linked to our point of sale system on our website for donations (We use a POS called Stripe). Stripe is linked to our bank account. We've had security issues with Stripe but it does allow us to track donors into our CRM.

Does anyone have experience integrating Maestro with their website/donation/payment platforms?

We've done a demo, my professional fundraising company has dug in to assess this. Nothing indicates Maetro will allo integration with donations, payments, sponsorships, website, bank. And that's bummer.

Thoughts welcomed!
