[OMS_MANAGERS] Parklets?

I have helped maybe 18 businesses do this including using parklets for
Alberta Main Street!. My biggest advice is to go to Portland Bureau of
Transportation and check out their Healthy Business program. It's filled
with incredibly leading policy, details, examples, etc.
