[OMS_MANAGERS] FW: Steps to Prepare For New Federal Funding Programs

I would love to see an Oregon Main Street Q&A webinar with an SBA rep for
Main Street Managers so we can help accurately guide our businesses and
district partners.

I am planning one for my district in a week or so but I too need to be
informed first before providing resources and guidance to others.
