As many of you, it is sad to hear of Sarah's departure, but it sounds like a good step for her career wise and better yet she will be continuing to contribute to Astoria's economy so this is a win-win for their Main Street program. That said, Bandon will be looking for a new executive director to start on August 1. So if you know of anyone interested in working on the Oregon Coast, here is a second opportunity for you. I am sad to announce that Sarah Lu Heath will be leaving her position with the Astoria Downtown Historic District Association after almost 5 years. Sarah Lu brought a tremendous amount of energy and helped guide the organization through a period of strategic planning and growth, including merging the amazing Astoria Sunday Market under the ADHDA umbrella. She will be staying in Astoria in a new position in economic development. Please join me in wishing her all the best in her new endeavors!

So, with that said, the ADHDA board has opened the recruitment process. If you know of anyone who you think might be a good match for Astoria, please feel free to share the attached job announcement.
