Wow!!! This is very cool.

 

Barbara Doolan is still on our Board. Although, she closed her shop and retired some years ago.

Sid Stevens is still running his jewelry shop and active in the community, but not on the board.

 

I think The Jill referenced in one article is Jill Ingalls. She was likely the Executive Director at that time. 

 

We still hold Crazy Daze annually in July.  Originally called Bargain Days in 1898, the name was changed to Crazy Daze after WWII.

Happy Friday, everyone! 

One of our local banks invited me in to go through a bunch of Klamath Downtown Association stuff they had. KDA was the first iteration of a Main Street organization in Klamath Falls in the 80s and 90s. Looking through all the cool stuff they had for KDA, I came across this gem from Albany Downtown Association from May 1989. Evidently our association subscribed to the newsletter. 😊

 

Lise, curious if any of the names in the newsletter are still in business or involved in ADA?
