[OMS_MANAGERS] FW: Apply for a FREE MURAL in your city

[Spruce Up Warrenton]

I want this!  We have a Centurylink building downtown that is the perfect
canvas.  This so ties into what we are trying to accomplish on Main Ave.  I
just sent an email to Centurylink to see if it would be possible.
